Hi experts,

please find the below files and identify the KPI's names.Those data belongs to credit cards statements i.e some are payed with in time and some are paid after the due date, and some are paid through third party(recovery team).so please suggest some KPI's

Account KPIs where the following are raw counts

- Total Accounts

- Accounts Overdue

- Accounts in Recovery

Account KPI Ratios

Accounts Overdue / Total Accounts = Overdue Ratio

Accounts in Recovery / Total Accounts = Recovery Ratio

you could then have the ability to switch between raw counts of accounts to the balance. I.e.

Total Accounts Balance

Accounts Overdue Balance

Accounts in Recovery Balance

Then again have ratios. This gives you 5 key KPIs that can switch between the value and the number of accounts. hope this helps.
