Check partial sums in presentation tab, perhaps that might get you what you want. However, I am not completely clear on your question.

Hey,

I want Color before Client id = '1' as Yellow . I ytried that but couldnot do it.

Also you can see, i have Accept and reject values for each client id = 1 , 2. I want Total of Accept and Reject values of both Client Id's

to be shown after Client Column as : Total Accepted and Total Rejected.

Is there any way out?

For the Total expression I think you can use Column(1)+Column(2)

For the coloring, instead of using the custom format cell option, use the background color of the dimension (click on the plus sign in front of it)

if(ClientId=1,Yellow())
