      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have successfully deployed my qvw file on web.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, while I am trying to browse using access point it is responding very slowly. Sometimes it is giving "Lost connection to server" message and stops working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="QlikView Error.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="/legacyfs/online/89243_QlikView Error.png" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note, I have created 4747 port on the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please advise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shafi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couple of things to check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Start with the application, if you open it in developer is it also slow?&amp;nbsp; If so you may want to re-work it a bit as the user experience will not be great.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If it isn't slow, and only behaves like that on the server you should check the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are the disconnections a webserver timeout (default 60 seconds).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is the network slow (try open the client in a browser on the server and check responsiveness)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check the QlikView server log files, see if the disconnection is associated with a server restart (which would be bad) and also check the session log files.&amp;nbsp; What is recorded as the exit reason for your sessions?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check your timeout settings on the Server Management Console, QlikView Servers and Performance tab.&amp;nbsp; These will show your timeout values for Maximum Inactive Session and Possible Session timeout and so on.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failing that you should raise a support ticket.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Is the network slow (try open the client in a browser on the server and check responsiveness) - In server the performance is good when opened using IE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; 4. &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;Check the QlikView server log files, see if the disconnection is associated with a server restart - Sorry, couldn't find the log file you are mentioning. There are 4 log files (a. Events_CDTSWEB254ZP.log, b. Exit.log, c. Performance_CDTSWEB254ZP.log and d. Sessions_CDTSWEB254ZP.log).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; 5. &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;also check the session log files.&amp;nbsp; What is recorded as the exit reason for your sessions? - The reasons are:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; a. Session expired after idle time&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 2015-06-12&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 08:24:44&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 00:30:09&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; b. Killed because Named User Cal was needed from another client&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; c.
