Access point giving page cannot be displayed

i am getting page cannot be displayed once i click on Login button after entering User Name and Password . Internet is also enabled on the system and i am trying to access from same system where i have configured the web server.

I have configured authorization as DMS and created one custom user . I am using qlikview web server

Please let me know what could be the issue.

are you using Qlikiew Web Server or IIS?

Dear ,

Go to QMC->Setup->Qlikview webserver

go to authentication tab and change some settings. after that go to usl

http://??.??.?.??/qlikview ->press enter key

this page will come when you will click on sign in

http://??.??.?.??/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

So it was working earlier or you are setting it up first time ?

If it is first time you need to restart your Server.

If it was working earlier check your web service is running or not . You may need to stop and restart web service in QV server.

Thanks for the reply, i just wanted to check in the test license we have installed there are no cals available. can this be a possible reason for the error??

No the problem is still there ,

We have restarted the server , all the services and revisited all the settings and it looks fine but still no luck

This issue is fixed . i have my directory service in different server which was wrongly configured in web server setting . changed that and it worked fine. thanks for the suggestion
