Filter selection definition in script section for report generation

Hello,

As far as I know in the report generation, filter selections are defined manually in the "Filter" tab. So I was wondering if there is a possibility to define these selections beforehead in the loading script section, the same way it is possible to define the distribution list by script ?

Maybe have a look at using bookmarks and default bookmarks.

Hello @williejacobs ,

I tried it but it doesn't work, the report generation only takes into consideration what's defined in the filter part not the applied bookmarks on the application.

Although as you already know, you may associate a filter name with a user or group, you will need to continue to manually create the user/group filter as you have already found. (or use Jonny's article as you have discovered)

Besides this, I found another forum topic talking about dynamic filtering that requires using QAA and Rest API call for manipulating the filters on the application.
