is there an option to add a copy for each recipient (in CC) when sending a report?

Hello @ilanbaruch

You can send to external recipients (users not a member of the tenant if that is your objective) by adding their information into the recipient import file.

Then add them as a report task recipients as you would normally do. They will get a copy.

(cc and bcc is not an option at the moment. If you wish, you can request the feature here. Ideas | Qlik Community )

If section access is applied and you are sending to external users, please carefully review this information.

A user who is not in the Qlik Cloud tenant.

Data included in report is always based on the access of the report task owner, regardless of whether the app uses section access or not.

my objective is a tenant member - the CFO , which needs to review the report along with the recipients,

he has to receive a copy of each report sent.

can i add his mail multiple times with different filter in the recipient import file?

Yes you can do it. A recipient import row entry will be needed for each filter value with the same user/email address. See images below:

Create entries in your import excel spreadsheet and assign the filter to each entry. If you have 5 filters for your CFO then you will need 5 row entries. Upload/replace existing file and allow the reload
Ensure you have manually created the same required filters in the 'filters' interface that you've placed in the excel spreadsheet

Edit your report task and add all 5 of your recipient entries for your CFO as recipients. 5 separate email copies will be delivered.

I've tested and it works fine. Separate emails for separate report files with data for 2021 and 2023 are both delivered - as separate emails - to the same user email address.
