The Report Tasks option does not appear enabled

Please provide your support, the Report Tasks option is not enabled, does anyone know if it is necessary to apply another process? I already have the template with the Excel plugin.

Please ensure to create a recipient import file with your expected report recipients.

Import the file

Then you should have the ability to create report tasks.

You can download the required recipient file from 'add recipients and groups button. Choose 'download example'.
