Customizing Role in Qlik Alert

Hi Team,

I have query on Role / License Type in qlik alert.

My scenario is like, we have core based license and as per qlik alert license policy if you have core based license then all user will treat as professional license. Now I want to restricts the user in below 2 scenario

1: he can be "Recipient by email only, no access to web portal nor mobile app."

2: Standard user who can create their own alerts but is not able to distribute to groups or individuals.
& Can receive any distributed alert from other users.
& Will not be allowed access to any additional privileges

How can I do that?????

It's good to change the license type from Core to (Profession+Analyzer)?
