The user id which i used&nbsp; for the connection is the service account in QLIK Sense which should have all the access to QLIK Sense. The connection and everything is successful on Alerting server. I am able to create alerts using that user which is the Admin user. The problem is:</P><P>1. when i try to Sync the users , the users from Qlik Sense are not getting sync in QLik Alerting. I only see one account.</P><P>2. The Qlik Alerting extension is also not working.
