    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are facing issue with Qlikview Automated Task failure email alerts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we updated necessary details in Qlikview QMC under below path.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. System -&amp;gt; Distribution Services -&amp;gt; Alert E-mail&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. System -&amp;gt; Mail Server&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While testing "test e-mail" after updated necessary details in mail server, got below error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Error message:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Error in processing. The server response was: 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; [DB9PR06CA0004.eurprd06.prod.outlook.com]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Server team has been enabled TLS but still we are getting this error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is high priority issue&amp;nbsp;and could you please help us to resolve this at the earliest?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looked that your outlook-server refused the mail. AFAIK there exists multiple releases for TLS and maybe they need to be adjusted.&lt;/P&gt;
