WARNING task in Nprinting Webconsole

Hello,

We can't run tasks on Nprinting, but our configurations have not changed.

The task remains in the "executed" state for hours and the progress is always on "0".

For example, for employee files (about 9000), I tried to let a task run for the whole week-end and the result was this: 67h of task execution. The task is not in the "completed" state but in the "warning" state.

In the logs we can see lots of warning lines : ‘WARN: error during report generation: Request reached its 'timeout’.

When I open employee files, some are inaccessible (in error) and some are correct.

Wouldn't that be a performance issue? Thanks in advance for your help. Chloé

@Eurheca what type of Nprinting connections are these tasks that never complete (QlikSense or QlikView)? What types of Nprinting reports are these? When did you first state noticing this behavior of the tasks not completing with the Warning message? Have you tried creating a new NP connection and setting up a new task to the same report template?

Also what version of NP are you on?

Is this 1 specific task that is not working, and are others still working?
