This functionality isn't built into the QlikView Management Console (QMC). Most customers I'm aware of who want an alert on when a QlikView Service stops use the inherent functionality within Windows Server. See the below links:

For QlikView services you can get the status as described:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-monitor-QlikView-Server-status-Is-the-QlikView-server-up/ta-p/1714338

You will still need to setup an external tool to get automatic alerts.
