Users not received alert

Hi All,

we created a data alert in Qlik Alerting and based on a condition this alert will send to 130 users. But some users did not receive the alert even they were part of recipient list.

is there any restriction in the count of adding the users in the recipient list.

Hi Anjali,

in our tenant it is mentioned that you can share alerts only up to 100 recipients

Maybe that's the reason why not all of your 130 persons received the alert-info

Hi @martingries , But in ours its not mentioned anywhere that we can send alerts only to 100 recipients.
