Alerting not working automatically

Hello,

We are facing a issue and I did not found any close scenario.

We did install the Qlik Alerting correctly, we were able to send some test e-mails and so son.

The main problem is, when we set up a new data alert, the trigger seems to not be executed at all. The only way to get the alert working is by clicking on TRIGGER NOW.

We have looked into the logs and theres nothing in there.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Hi,

Can you check that the user you are using is licensed correctly in Qlik Sense and Qlik Alerting.

I suspect this due to configuration how it is, can you please share the test configuration how you have done?
