Alerting Upgrade - Old Alerts

Hello All,

We recently upgraded Qlik Alerting to November 2020. After completing upgrade, any alert previously made does not work. When triggered, nothing happens. However, a newly created alert with all the same inputs does work.

Any ideas what is happening here?

Hello @TylerR we are not aware of anything similar and also I am not sure what could be causing this issue but I would kindly suggest you to upgrade to the latest February 2021 release which is already out as it is the most Qlik Alerting reliable release.
