Send User access expiry Alert through emails

Hi,

How can I set up a automation task that sends an email to each of the persons using the email and End date fields in the table using Qlik Sense Enterprise or Qlik Cloud Automation?

I have a straight table in Qlik Sense that reloads on a daily basis and and it will show Active users records.

For Example:

Email Access End Date Alert Date

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

John@company.com 8/6/2025 3/6/2025

Mark@company.com 15/6/2025 10/6/2025

So my question is how to send alert to User on "Alert Date" about their access expiry through emails based on Access end Dates.

In summary: John@company.com should get email on 3/6/2025 about his access expiry date "8/6/2025"

Use the smtp connector to send emails during reload in Qlik Sense. But I'm not sure that's the answer you're looking for?
