Qlik Alerting Configuration Error – Unknown user not allowed for repository calls (X-Qlik-User issue)

Hi Team,

We have installed Qlik Alerting on our Qlik Sense server (both are on the same machine). However, during the configuration wizard (Step 1), we’re encountering the following error:

"Unknown user not allowed for repository calls, missing or malformed http header: X-Qlik-User"
the certificates are exported properly from QMC and placed in the correct folder.
Despite that, the error still appears and we cannot proceed past the first step of the configuration.
Note: We don't have Active Directory. We are using Windows Local Directory.

Thanks, We have already applied all the necessary settings, but we are still encountering the same error. When we drag and drop the alerting extension on the application, the following error appears:

@minnie584 open relevant ports and use ip in settings.
