DOWNLOADING DATA

I am unable to download data.

My user role is Analytic Admin, Shared Space Controller, and Tenant Admin.

I keep on getting message "Unable to download data - please try again"

Hi @jonnypenflex

It's not clear at which point that you are seeing this error.

Please provide the exact steps to reproduce.

If possible add a few images as well so we can attempt to reproduce on our end.

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

I select the report that I want.

Then in the top right hand corner of the report, I press on the circle with
the 3 dots "More"

I get the drop down box with Full Screen, View Data, Share..and Download

I select download and I get as per the attached document.

This happens with all types of reports, included tabular with figures.

What puzzles me is that I used to be able to download the reports,
especially the "Data" and then one day it stopped?

Unfortunately it is not clear at all where you are as per your statement below.

"I select the report that I want."

Do you mean 'I select the report automation'.

Please be very specific on this point.

Can you please provide screenshots of the the steps so I can attempt to reproduce in my test environment.

Hi

Please find attached screenshots of the process I follow.

After logging in, I select "Penflex"

It then takes me to all the reports we have on the system

I select "Product Category View"

Screenshot 3 then comes up.

I then press on the small circle on the right hand side with the 3 dots.

A drop down box appears and I select download

Screenshot 5 shows what happens when I select "Download"
