Reporting - Dark Mode User Cannot See HTML objects

Hello there,

We have a recipient in our organization to whom reports with HTML objects are sent. The email itself is clear to all users except him, the only difference that I can surmise is that he has is Outlook set to 'dark mode'. Would this setting have an effect, and if so, how can we remedy it?

Do you have any background settings for the HTML objects?

Hello there,

Should I add a background, perhaps the color white (#FFFFFF), to ensure that it always renders in that color?

I have no experience in this with HTML tables, but this was the first thing that crossed my mind. Let me know if it works.
