Hello,

We have an Excel report which is distributed to some recipients.

Some users are not in the cloud and some are listed there as users (with licence, authorisation and section access authorisation).

For one user I get the message:
Error in reporting service dependency
Error code: SHA-10000
Verfolgungs-ID: a34208bc486909df07195597e3654bb7
Details: the chart does not exist or it is not available
Email: xxx@xxx.de

Nothing has been changed in the application or the template, only additional users have been added (these are also displayed correctly in the overview).

Where is the error?
