Reporting Excel add-in preview Error

Hello,

I tried a new feature at Qlik Cloud Business - Reporting. I followed all instructions how to implement add-in to M365 Excel, everithing worked and was easy to do. But on the last step, when I want to preview my template, error appears (PrtScr attached). I also tried to download a template and run report task, but it also return an error: "can't generate a report".

What did I missed?

Can you click on i symbol near to Error. and paste error message too.
