Are you using filters?</P> <P>2. Are you using section acces?</P> <P>3. Does your app have 'always one selected value' setting turned on for any data field? (and if so do you have a single value filter for that field defined in the task or for a recipient of the task)</P> <P>4. Does the same report work when you 'preview' the template from the Excel addin?&nbsp;</P> <P>5. If you are using filters, open the template in the excel plugin and login to the tenant. Then, in the browser, login to the tenant as the same user and open the app and apply the exact same selections that are in your filter(s).
