Azure IdP creation and validation has block my admin account

Hello,

I would like to know how to unlock my admin account.

I have create an IdP for Azure in my QlikCloud tenant.

I have test it, everything seems fine. 

Yet, after the activation, I couldn't connect again.

{"errors":[{"title":"Authentication failed","code":"LOGIN-1","status":"401"}],"traceId":"mytraceid"}

 

I have try to handle this with https://lefroid.eu.qlikcloud.com/login/recover 

I have this error message :

Hello,

Only the Service Account Owner can use use the recovery url.

Please find out who the SAO is in your company, and guide them to  use the recovery link to verify Azure IdP config.
