Can't get lock status from administrator center

Greetings.

I'm using talend 7.3.1 R2020-09 with a remote TAC connection. I'm trying to push the changes I made in a branch, but I'm getting this:

I cleared all locks and restarted my talend. Didn't work. Any help would be very appreciated.

I think the best way for you to find a solution to this is to contact Talend support. They will be able to hold a Zoom meeting with you and take a look at your config to see how best to resolve this.
