Can you change the email template when inviting users to Qlik Sense SaaS

Hi

Is it possible to change the email template which new users receive when invited to a Tenant?

We want to change the wording, logos, etc., to align more with our business branding, and so users are more aware of the purpose of the email they have just received.

Hi @richardpearce60 ,

While using Qlik's Identity Provider, you will not be able to modify the invite email.

But, if you opt for using your own identity provider and configure it using SAML or OIDC, then you can customize it.

There are options like Auth0, EntraID, Okta that offer this feature.

Which identity provider do you currently use?
