TAC Artifactory configuration issue

Hello Team,

we are trying to configure the Jfrog Artifactory with TAC but getting the error "Timeout occurs while retrieving this parameter".

we have set the below value in Ulimit file "/etc/security/limits.conf" and also check with the file in the installation folder has

talenduser permission.

talenduser soft nofile  65535

talenduser hard nofile  65535

talenduser soft nproc   65535

talenduser hard nproc   65535

I have attached the screenshot for your reference, could you please help to fix the issue.

@ankit Kumar​ , if you have not submit a ticket, please open a ticket on Talend Support Portal and provide more information like product version, Jfrog version.

ticket already open with Talend support ticket ID(00241285).

currently, we are using Artifactory Enterprise 6.17.1 rev 61701900.

As described in the installation guide, the supported Jfrog version is 7.19.8, have you had a chance to test with Jfrog 7.19.8 to see whether you have the same version.

I changed the configuration from Jrog to Nexus 3 and now I am using Nexus 3.35 version.

but still getting the same issue with the repo connection. 

could you please help me on same?
