Talend TAC with Tomcat9 issue
Hi there,
We are experiencing a problem where we can not see all the jobs under job conductor in TAC.
'Enable auto refresh' is selected and even after clicking on 'Refresh' not all jobs are available.
If we restart Tomcat or reboot TAC server problem dissapear for couple of days or so.
Can anyone help us to fix this problem so that we do not need to restart Tomcat server.
Below are our Talend/Tomcat details:
Talend version 7.1.1
Server version: Apache Tomcat/9.0.22
Server built: Jul 4 2019 14:20:06 UTC
Server number: 9.0.22.0
OS Name: Windows Server 2016
OS Version: 10.0
Architecture: amd64
JVM Version: 1.8.0_181-b13
JVM Vendor: Oracle Corporation

Thanks for provide the logs, the issue may be caused by the old tac tomcat cache, the possible solution is to clear the tac cache by the below steps:
- stop tac
- clear all the files under tac\apache-tomcat\temp and tac\apache-tomcat\work
- restart tac

Thank you for your reply.
After following 3 steps that you provided, I can see all jobs without need to restart Tomcat.
Sometimes I need to click refresh twice and/ or sort jobs by label to see all jobs.
At this stage I am not sure if I need to repeat these steps and if solution is permanent and if I need to clear the tac cache on a regular basis.
At this stage I am happy with the solution.
I will report if I experience further problems.
