we re facing to an issue on QLIK ALERTING.
We can create/edit eg... a new alert , putting a new condition in order to send alerting
but while the mesures is positive ,we dont receive any email
and when i look on the Alerting console i see on my input
never scan , never triggrered..
we plan alla the scan , add time scan... on reloal =>Same no email at all
we try it few month ago in order to try with our customer everything was ok
i stop/restart qlik alerting services
version qlik alerting october 2021 (the latest version)

can you share a screenshoot of the configure conditions ?
also, check if it is pointing to your current Qlik Sense App, it could be pointing to an old copy.
last, not sure, but considere that the "on reload" option works for reload task, and not manual reload.
