AD HOC Tab in dashboard is not getting opened, whenever I click on AD HOC Tab the app get crashed

AD HOC Tab in dashboard is not getting opened, whenever I click on AD HOC Tab the app get crashed, else all other tabs are working properly.

Please Help.
