App with 20gb not able to load in Qlik Sense HUB

Hi QLik Experts,

We have one app which is having 20gb size and app is not able to load in our qliksense hub.we are using 2023 august version.what i need to do to make the app open?Their is no chance to decrease the size of the app.

20 GB is the size of the app on the file system?

Consider that the used RAM will be a multiple of this number, up to 10 times.

How much RAM is installed on your server?

I suggest you monitor the used RAM while you try to open the app and check if it get saturated.

yes 20gb of the app.We imported this app from qlikview to qliksense.we are using 512gb of ram.

512 GB seems a good amount of RAM.

When you open the app in the hub how much RAM is taken by the Qlik Engine?

Do you get any error?
