Calculating Stdev across quarters and ignore date selector

I'm using the “vAllDates” variable to ignore my date selector in a chart calculation. The first formula works great but calculates the standard deviation across all rows of data. I need to calculate the standard deviation across the calculated standard deviation of each quarter. The second formula make the correct calculation, but does not ignore my data selector.

 

I need the second formula to ignore the date selector like the first formula does.

 

Stdev({$<$(=vAllDates)>}MSDRG_Weight)

 

Stdev({$<$(=vAllDates)>} Aggr(Avg(MSDRG_Weight), FiscalYearQtr))

Stdev({$<$(=vAllDates)>} Aggr(Avg({$<$(=vAllDates)>} MSDRG_Weight), FiscalYearQtr))
