Hi,
I have created a new user and for that user login through Single Sign On directly to a specific application page, I am getting this error :
Error : No Available Qlik Sense engine was found. Refresh your browser or contact your system administrator
Clicking on "Go to the hub" button I am able login and then open app via selecting stream and then app.
This problem is occurring currently for this single user only and all others are able to login directly or via SSO, I have tried deleting this user and creating it again and this error persists each time.
Need solution ASAP to implement it.
@PrashantSangle @sunny_talwar @tresesco @Nicole-Smith Hoping for all of your support and guidance in solving this issue.
# QlikSenseEnterprise
@Vegar @swuehl @MK_QSL @Kushal_Chawda Please help
It is hard to identify the root cause from a distance, but it seems network / firewall related.
- Is your problem user using the same network when accessing Qlik Sense as the other users?
- Is your problem user using the same URL as when accessing Qlik Sense as the other users do?
- Are there any other differences between this problem user compared to the other users?
- Do you have user (user group) level firewall rules that could have an impact on this?
- Is it a clustered environment with more than one node?
It is Single Node environment, We have two websites X and Y from X users are able to login fine but from new website Y this is happening, we are passing same payload for ticket generation and its generating as well, and we are able to login only after clicking Go to the hub Button on Error Message.
I have also tried doing it manually passing the ticket and I am able to login with error and with error sometimes.
If its just 1 user , It should not be issue with the certificates I guess but I may be wrong.
You can try the below and check.
Compare the user properties in the Active Directory vs "Users" page in the Qlik QMC, To see if the user is part of the AD group similar to other users or so.
Try validating the user access with others through "Audit" page of QMC.
Finally check if there is any firewall that is blocking from the user laptop, if he is remote working.
Thanks.
