I am working on planned deactivations (we called cohorts here).
if a customer is supposed to be deactivated on 31st Dec 2025, and if the discount is extended then their deactivation date will change. with this we are not able to capture the original deactivation date and compare the original planned deactivations vs discount extensions.
so discount extensions are the transactional data that can change daily. so we wanted keep the deactivations data as archived as this can be used for comparisons like what is going to be deactivated in 2026 Feb (Future) and what was supposed to be deactivated in Jan 2025.(Past) and in real time was the original number for deactivations in 2025.
How can I archive every month deactivations and integrate it with the real time data.
You could store the monthly deactivations as qvds with their month/year in title and include a flag field for deactivations. That would allow you to load the archived months and compare to current live data and flag any user who had a deactivation date change.
