How to navigate previously viewed sheet in Qlik sense

Hi,

Is there a solution to go from a sheet to the previous active one? For example: I m in sheet 4 then I went to sheet 8 and I need to go back to sheet 4.

You can use the navigation button object

Can you please explain this to me. Because I can only see those option which are not what I am looking for.
