This is a strange problem that one other person has had in our office but it resolved itself.
In a web based QV report I cannot in any browser select a drop down box or scroll bar with the left click of my mouse (configured normally). I'm using W10. I've got Chrome/Edge and Firefox installed, all at the latest versions. Same thing for all of them. In Firefox I've removed all extensions. Problem still exists. Left mouse button works. Right works for selecting tabs within a report all tabs within the browser. Left click works on all other websites. It's just QV reports that are the problem.
Anyone got any ideas? It's soooooo frustrating.....
Thanks!
Robert,
This is the topic for QV forums, probably, but I remember seeing a similar issue ~2-3 years ago in QV 11.2....
I believe it was fixed in ~SR9 or so.... Which QV version are you using?
Regards,
Vlad
We are on 11.2!
We've tried to upgrade but it fails 😞
Try to follow Qlik Release Notes (check system requirements, increase available HD space, check Qlik services before upgrading, ...). QV is stable enough to handle the upgrade, so it's something wrong with your system for installation to fail...
The worst case scenario: you should be able to re-install the whole system instead of upgrading it...
Just backup your app before doing that...

Vlad
