Limitation Feature of Qlik Sense Pivot Table

I have a pivot table where I only want to show rows that are greater than a certain value. The limitation feature on the pivot table object lets me set a limit and group rows below the limit into a single row called 'Others', but I can't seem to move that row. Additionally, the limitation function only seems to reference the first column of the pivot table.

1. Is it possible to move the Others row? I'd rather have it on the bottom than on the top. When I try to sort, it seems like the 'Others' row doesn't move while the other normal rows do.

2. Is it possible to calculate the limitation off of a measure that's not in the first column? I see in the limitation calculation what measure the limitation refers to, but I can't change it.

Thanks!
