Macro copies only a part of an image

Hei guy,

I just noticed that all Reporting apps that run on QlikView macros start acting weird.

The macro somehow copies only a small part of a graph.

Any thoughts on what could that be?

Even an idea could help. Thank you!

Hi @MindaugasBacius 

By any chance could it be possible to provide the following details?

1. From the picture, is the export on the left done from Access Point Export option and the one on the right with the macro ?

2. Was this working before?

3. Was there any upgrade on your system? New QV version?

4. What is the purpose of the macro? Could you provide a section of the code that shows how the export is done?

Well, I have tried every option that I had but the only thing that worked was to do a server rollback.

I still do not even imagine what was that all about - yet now I am happy that every reporting app generates perfect reports 🙂

Hi @MindaugasBacius 

Are we saying that it works in a previous version but not in a newer one ? If you will probably need to file a case as at some point your current version will be out of support for what you will need to upgrade at some point.
