November 2024: By default, the navigation menu displays all public sheets and groups in an app

I see that it shows every sheet in the Dashboard but what does it mean when it says Groups?

This implies you can configure the navigation menu to group something. What might that be and how do you access that to configure it?

You can create your folder groups by selecting the option below as in the screenshot:
