[Qlik Sence Desktop]Can not move to next screen.

Hi All, I use Qlik Sence Desktop 3.1(qliksencedesktop:10.3.5).

It have a problem in my environment.

I can't add data by the button([addition of data]).

After push a button([addition of data]) with "Application Summary Screen",

a message (initialize the addition of data) is displayed.

But, it can't move to next screen all the time.

Would you teach me solution?

Installed memory(RAM): 16.0 GB

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I updated it in version3.1 from version2.x.

Hi Naoki,

Add data tries to check Data Market and load appropriate options.  If the system does not have Internet connectivity, this may happen.

Thank you for the advise.

I confirmed Internet connectivity, and it was no problem.

(Google, Yahoo, Qlik Data Market, others...)

My pc is on HTTP Proxy Environment.

When my pc connect the internet, it need to authenticate for HTTP PROXY Server.

I view a developer tool, and confirmed a follow error message...

(Failed to load resource: net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED)

(Failed to initialise Data Market)

I guess Qlik Sence Desktop doesn't use http proxy information.

Hi all.

I was self-resolved.

I solved this problem by other solution.

(Situation...

My pc is on HTTP Proxy Environment.

When my pc connect the internet, it need to authenticate for HTTP PROXY Server.

)

[1]. Open Qlik Sence Desktop.

[2]. Open Browser(Chrome, FireFox, IE11, others).

[3]. Type this url (http://localhost:4848/hub/my/work)

[4]. The browser views Qlik Sence Hub.

[5]. Click either app or create new app.

[6]. Proxy Auth Dialog is opened.

[7]. Type the proxy information(user and password).

[8]. Complete.

I want to use this way until  this Proxy problem is addressed.
