I have just noticed that in Qlik Sense there is no mouseover feature for the charts. I mean, if I do mouseover in a line, bar etc... I can't see the data of these values, it is mandatory to select the data to be able to enable the mouseover feature.
Does this happened to someone? Is there a way to do mouseover in Qliksense charts? or definetively the feature is not available?
Thank you.
In my experience the mouseover experience got broken somewhere along the lines of the June 2017 release. The client seems to behave like a touch device and requires a long touch.
I can't get it to work at all in QS Desktop. I can get chrome to work with this:
Tooltip not showing up in Qlik Sense Desktop or Cloud
but still haven't figured out IE.

I get data values with mouse over, for lines it has to be on the data point, but selection is not required.
This is with standard chart objects in 3.2 SR3.

Thank you for the explanation Rob. I am using Qlik Sense Desktop February 2018.
Will check if versions before June 2017 work fine and use them.
