We have had several dashboards running in Qlik Sense for 3 or more years with no problems. On July 24 we noticed that the data was not be refreshed and after further investigation I discovered that the tasks on the server were stuck in the triggered status. After contacting the Qlik support they suggested that we update to the newest version, which I did… August 2022 (qliksenserver: 14.78.0). I still have the same problem plus none of my dashboards will now connect to their datasources?
It seems that after the update Qlik hasn't saved your data connections.
In the QMC, are the dataconnections still aviable?
If they are not I would suggest to make the connection again.
When I try to make a new app and click on the "Create New Connection" button it just spins and does nothing?
