Hi all,
I have a line chart showing the number of tickets created vs the number of tickets that have been resolved by the call centre over the last 24 months, using MonthYear as a dimention, and I also need to show how many were expired at the end of each month.
I have [created date], [resolved date] (which may or may not be null depending on whether a ticket has actually been resolved) and a [target date] in the data. How am I best counting the tickets that are expired at the end of each month?
