Renaming a dimension

Hi all,

I'm quite clueless how to renaming a dimension , does anybody have any idea how to rename an undefined to '-'.

Appreciate for anyone's help on this.

you can do it from backend..

If(REGION = 'UNDEFINED','',REGION)
