Sense Desktop 3.0 Editor bug

Dear all,

Help! I am fighting with a bug in the fx editor. I want to select a field and the selection made by the editor has an offset!!! so i cut the wrong part of the formula! What to do? restart won't help Is the description of the problem more or less clear?

I get a similar problem from time to time, but I don't know what triggers that... Would love to learn how to solve it!
