Sense Desktop - can't login with my Qlik Account

Qlik Sense desktop login rejects my Qlik Account user/password.

Any ideas?

I have solve this reseting the advance settings in option interntet:

1- Control Pannel

2- Internet Options

3- Advance settings

4- Reset button

6- Delete personal settings

5- Reset button
