Show videos in Qlik Sense February 2021 on premise

Hi guys,

I've just downloaded the what's new app with the new version of February 2.021 here :

In the online version, I can see the videos perfectly, but if I try to see the same videos with the same document on premise, it doesn't allow me.

Here's a snapshot of what I see :

Anybody else has the same issue?

Hi Marcel,

Are you using Qlik Sense Desktop?  If so, that is the issue.  Try viewing the app via the browser (i.e. http://localhost:4848/hub/).  Check out Qlik Help for limitations of the video player.

Thanks @Jennell_McIntire for your quick response, that was it. If I try again via localhost, it works fine.

I'm reading the Qlik Help, and I try to add a link to a youtube video in my example with no luck.

When you say "The app developer (edit mode) or app consumer (analyzer mode) must allow YouTube videos to play in Qlik Sense."  Where is the check button to allow directly youtube videos?
