This is a very broad and advanced question but let me try to give you some directions.

You can write VBScript modules in QlikView - Go to Menu Tools > Edit Module - see more details at Edit Module | QlikView Help

There are other thousands of other online and book materials about VBScript.

Thanks for the help, can you name me a Book for that, amazon don't show me a book for Qlikview and VB Script.

There is no book which covers the usage of VBS within QlikView - especially because it's not a primary use-case which are the ETL and analytical capabilities.

Very helpful to get insights is to look to the examples within the APIGuide.qvw which you could find within your install-folder of QlikView.
