adding images as logos for sheets from content library

Hello got an application that is published
users as you know create their own sheets and share them to community
what they want to is to be able to choose from a set of images
these images I added them to a content library
However when users or even me (root admin) try to add an image as logo for a sheet I only see the Default Library
I created a content librayr and called it P&L but it is not visible for users to select photos from
kindly advise on how to make this content libray (P&L) visible to end users or the root admin

Can you share the security rules used by this content library ?

Thanks, you need to add one to give access, with the Ressourse filter : ContentLibrary_IdOfYourContentLib. If you create this rule with the "Create Associated rule", the resourse filter is auto-completed.
