calculate person's second sale amount

hi 

i need an expression that can show me the (sale_amount) for the second sale which can be measured by (sale_no) for every salesman 

something like 

sale_amount where rank (sale_no) = 2  grouped by (salesman )

[Or]

Sounds like you need FirstSortedValue(sale_amount,sale_no,2) or something similar.
