grouping of Values from same field

Hi all, I have a field "city", which has below data

City

A

B

C

D

Now I want to group C and D and need to show as C (which actually will be the combination of C and D) in the same city field. The below output I am expecting

City

A

B

C

C is actually a combination of C and D

Can anyone please help me to achieve this

Load If(City = 'D','C',City) as City
